MX and MXL channels provide standard mounting options in 14 ga. CRS channels. The MX channel provides dual mounting flanges for a panel mounting surface and an equipment support or slide mounting surface. Both the MX and MXL can be used with any standard FX series frame heights in 19″ and 24″ panel widths. MX and MXL channels feature a standard EIA punched holes for clip nuts with either a #12-24 or #10-32 thread.

The 11 ga. MXT and MXLT channels are the same as MX and MXL, except they have #10-32 drilled and tapped holes on the panel mounting flanges. MXW channels have been designed for the mounting of 19″ equipment in a 24″ wide seismic frame. MXLA and MXWA adapters are used to provide a mounting flange for chassis or accessories on MXL or MXW mounting channels. Mounting hardware is included. All panel mounting channels are zinc-plated with clear chromate (RoHS Compliant).

AMCO shielded side panels are solid and available in seven heights and three depths. They have a .531″ formed flange design that bolts to the side of the enclosure for optimal shielding effectiveness. The exterior of the side panel is available in 11 standard colors and the interior of the panel features a yellow or clear (RoHS compliant) plated finish.

Shielded formed top panels are available in two widths and three depths. The exterior of the top panels is available in 11 standard colors and the interior of the panels features a yellow or clear (RoHS compliant) plated finish.

AMCO shielded top/bottom panels are available in two widths and three depths, in a solid plate that bolts to the enclosure for optimal shielding effectiveness. The exterior of top/bottom panels is available 11 standard durable powder coat color finishes and the interior of the panels features a yellow cadmium-plated finish.

Note: Perforated and solid cover plates are available, as well as honeycomb filters (HCRF8) and protective grillee for honeycomb (GCRF8-1).

Shielded doors are face mount, .875″ deep and available in six heights, two widths and feature Three-point compression latching for proper shielding. They also include an aluminum “T” handle and lock. The exterior of the doors is available in 11 standard colors and the interior of the doors features a yellow or clear (RoHS compliant) plated finish.

Stationary shelves are available in 19” and 24” models as solid, perforated and heavy-duty solid. Retractable shelves are available as solid or perforated. Shelves do not interfere with flush mount doors. Retractable shelves provide full extension with lock-out/disconnect features. All shelves are available in your choice of 11 standard durable powder coat color finishes.

The AMCO standard drawer is available in 2RU, 4RU and 6RU heights, 19″ and 24″ widths, and in depths of 22″, 25.5″, 30″ and 36″. Drawers have a .625″ formed face which includes an aluminum handle and a keyed lock. Drawers add a finished look to the rack as they mount flush to the face of the frame. They have a 150 lb. load rating and are available in your choice of 11 standard durable powder coat color finishes.

This drawer includes a white laminate writing surface and comes with a lock-out mechanism for full extension. The pull out writing surface drawer has a 1RU height, 19″ and 24″ widths and in depths of 22″, 25.5″, 30″ and 36″. It includes an aluminum handle and a keyed lock. The writing surface drawer is available in your choice of 11 standard durable powder coat color finishes.

12-outlet 115V/15-amp power strip for vertical mount or 6-outlet 115V/15-amp for horizontal mount is available. All power strips include a 10 ft. cord. Other power strips are available. Contact your local sales representative for more information.

Flat steel enclosure panels are available in a variety of RU heights for 19″ and 24″ panel opening widths. In order to maintain shielding seal, a panel spacer must be used between adjoining panels to maintain attenuation. Enclosure panels are available in 11 standard colors on the exterior and the interior of the panel features a yellow or clear (RoHS compliant) plated finish.

Vertical busbars are used to ground your valuable equipment within the rack. Busbars are copper, with a ½” W x 2″ D profile. They feature #10-32 tapped holes and are available for all standard frame heights.

Chassis guides have a 2″ H x 2″ W profile. The flanges support component-mounted hardware in a minimal profile. Chassis guides support 125 lbs.

AMCO base plates are available in two widths and three frame depths, in a solid plate that bolts to the enclosure base for optimal shielding effectiveness. The exterior of the base plate is available in 11 standard colors and the interior of the panel features a yellow or clear (RoHS compliant) plated finish.

Casters are sometimes required to move racks into place. All casters include assembly hardware to mount the casters to the rack.
